20 ml Licor 43
30 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
30 ml de cream

Preparation Method
The Lemon Cheesecake cocktail is served in a classic champagne glass, after pouring the following into a shaker: 40ml Villa Massa limoncello, 20ml Licor 43, 30ml lemon juice, 20ml sugar syrup and 30ml cream.
Shake well and filter the mixture, then pour into a glass and garnish with lemon zest.
