

Limoncello Granita
Refreshingly chilled
Ingredients
200g sugar
40g grated ginger
250g lemon juice
200 ml Villa Massa Limoncello
Grated zest of a Sorrento PGI lemon
Preparation Method
To prepare limoncello granita, bring a pot of water to boil, then add 200g sugar and 40g grated ginger.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Once it has reached room temperature, add 250g lemon juice and 200ml Villa Massa Limoncello.
Place in the freezer to chill, then serve cold in a classic cup or a simple glass, garnished with the grated zest of a Sorrento PGI lemon.
